Boys lacrosse nets win over Spring Lake

What Happened: After having their first three games cancelled due  to weather, the  boys lacrosse team was ready to start their season off right against visiting Spring Lake. Despite the freezing temperatures, the Bucs came out hot with four straight goals. Their defense held the Lakers scoreless until over halfway through the second period. The Bucs extended their lead in the second half and never looked back, winning handily 11-3.

Player of the Game: Curtis Peck scored a team-high three goals,  including two in the third period.

Up Next: The Bucs face off against Mattawan at 1 p.m. Saturday on their home field.
